- Minimum 1 year of team leading experience in any international CHAT process.
- Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Controlling attritions and absenteeism.
- Handling a team of 10-15 people.
- Taking care of production and quality.
- Creating KRA and maintain them for the team.
- Delivering the best service to client and customer without any customer complaints.
- Willing to work in Night shifts.
