Job Description:

We are looking for a Java Lead Engineer with expertise on JBPM 7.x . Youll be part of a product team thats responsible for the development life cycle as well as implementation from conception to deployment, maintenance and support. Working experience inAgile methodologies would be a plus

Experience: 7-10 yrs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Must have extensive experience in Java, JSP, JBPM 7.x, Hibernate, Spring, Javascript/ Jquery, JSON,
• Should have exposure to Apache/ tomcat,
• Excellent knowledge of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms and problem solving skills
• Should have worked extensively in either of MySQL/Oracle/MS SQL
• Should have experience in configuration management SVN, Git, Bit Bucket, version and repository management
• Should be aware of Linux based deployments
• Should be Strong in DB/SQL, Mysql, Stored procedures
• Should have extremely good knowledge on SDLC processes and agile methodology
• Strong understanding and knowledge in Java Unit Testing frameworks.
• Must have expertise on JBPM 7.x and hands-on experience in design and development of complex apps, not just web-based apps/management apps
• Must have strong exposure to Client account, interaction, technical systems
• At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of 5 people+

Responsibilities:

• Will be involved in redesign and rearchitecting existing product built on Java, JBPM 7.x, Liferay and related technologies along with hands on coding, design activities and R&D
• Will be involved in client interaction regarding requirements, issues and deployments
• Should manage, mentor and be responsible for a small team of 2 or more developers working on the product
