Experience 2-4 years

Required skills: Java/J2EE, Liferay 6.2 and DXP 7.2, JavaScript, MySQL, jQuery, Bootstrap

Primary skills-

• Should have minimum 2years of experience in Java development
• Expert level experience with Core Java, JSP, Servlets
• Expert level experience with Liferay 6.2 and DXP versions(service builder, hooks, plug-in SDK, EXT, themes)
• Expert level experience with JavaScript (JS), HTLM5/CSS3
• Experience with databases (e.g. MySQL, MSSQL) and SQL queries
• Experience with Web servers/ Application Servers (e.g. Apache, Tomcat)
• Experience with any ORM framework (e.g. Hibernate, MyBatis)
• Experience in version control and repositories like SVN/GIT/Bitbucket
• Experience with converting UI/UX designs to Front end code using HTML, JSP, CSS, JS
• Ability to build the responsive or adaptive screens from visual designs
• Ability to write clean, scalable, and reusable code
• Well-versed in Object-oriented programming concepts, Data Structures and algorithms
• Good team player, excellent written and oral communication skill

Responsibilities:

• Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
• Design client-side and server-side architecture
• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
• Write effective APIs
• Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
• Create security and data protection settings
• Build features and applications with a cross platform responsive design
• Write technical documentation
• Work with Architects and Senior Engineers and Analysts to improve software
