Working with a team of engineers and architects, you willbe responsible forprototyping, designing,developingand supporting a highly scalable SaaS based Security Analytics product.

Responsibilities:

AsQA Engineer -Performance you will be part of a motivated engineering team thatis responsible forensuring the quality of the QualysSecurity Analytics product. This opening is your chance to work in the rapidly expanding field of cybersecurity, in a public company with excellent customer ratings and outstanding growth rates.

• Creatively design, and develop functional tests for AAIR product.
• Developand enhance test automation framework to achieve 100% automation of the functional tests.
• Analyze, debug, and report test results from CI/CD environment using Jenkins. Improving the efficiency, reliability, and stability of the test platform.
• Ability to investigate and debug difficult problems.
• Experience working effectively across teams indifferent locations, including product development, product management, customer support.
• Configure and deploy server test environments on physical hardware andcloud-basedserver instances.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate in Computer Science or equivalent.
• A minimum of 4-8years' experience with performance testing and benchmarking in a QA and/or application development environment.
• Experience in doing performance benchmark testing on Big-Data components, microservices, caching services, databases,NoSQL, searchand etc.
• Experience with developing performance frameworks for web-based applications (SaaS experience preferred).
• Experience is Big Data events flow pipeline.
• Performance testing experiencein the area ofBIG Data secure cluster.
• Strong experience with performance test tools (JMeter experience desired)
• Strong experience with performance monitoring tools
• Java Performance profiling experience
• Strong Application and Database debugging experience
• Must be proficient with HTML, XML, HTTP, andHTTPSprotocols.
• Detailed knowledge of relational databases (Oracle) and SQL queries.
• Strong experience with performance and stress testing in a Linux environment.
• Practical programming experience in SQL
• Experienced with Apache/Tomcat web servers and web application developmentand deployment.
• Must be a critical thinker with excellent verbal and written skills.

Additional Plus Competencies

• Java programming a huge plus.
• Big Data Analytics is huge plus
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux internals.
• TCP/IP and network knowledge and troubleshooting.
