Job Summary

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Research and gather information related to customers, industry, competitors, and product technology trends.
  • Evaluate new and established research sources & gather insights for application.
  • Tracking financial, business, and operating performance of peers and analysis and benchmarking of performance trends.
  • Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis of business MIS, KPIs, and benchmarking with the competition.
  • Prepare materials that summarize data, draw conclusions and provide recommendations to support key business discussions.
  • Competitive Analysis, Industry review reports/presentations for senior management on a case-to-case basis.
  • Keep up to date with the changes in the landscape and disseminate information within the team of the changes and its impact.
  • Identifying potential M&A targets.
  • Relationship with various Investment Bankers, Investors, potential targets.
  • Take charge and oversee the entire transaction end-to-end.

Job Description

Role: Manager Corporate Development

Experience: 2 -5 Years

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore

Corporate Development team is responsible for fundraising, investor communications, M&A, and strategy. Corporate Governance and dealing with securities are an integral part of this role. The candidate is expected to be responsible for the following activities.
