1 Verify information provided by customers and evaluate customers risk level thru various Credit tools based on information of customer ID, job experiences, family members and education background
2 Communicate with customers in reasonable use of scripts thru telephone; verify information provided by applicants, detect falsity, fraud and deception etc.
3 Assist back office to conduct system testing; report system technical problems and underwriting policy related uncertainties in timely manner
Preferred - Total skill with 1+ years experience
Preferred - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Delhi/NCR
Required - Good command over Hindi,English Or Any Regional Language
