What Youll Do:

The ideal person must be an excellent thinker. We believe anyone can work with the tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch etc. However, the one who thinks about the design from the ideation to execution process is going to be a winner.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate must have exceptional visual design skills, including but not limited to Color Theory, Visual Hierarchy, Typography, Grids Systems, Layout Design etc.
• The candidate must be able to conceptualize creatively and execute appealing graphics for various mediums such as Social Media, Email Campaigns, Presentations, Websites Graphics (banners, icons, illustrations etc.).
• Should have experience in creating graphics for Video.
• A portfolio of past work (in any form) is a must to be considered for this position.
• Experience in creating Vector Illustrations would be huge plus.

What were looking for:

• Must have a great eye for design.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum experience of 5-8 years as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficient verbal communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational skills paired with the ability to introduce and evolve processes.
• Must be a great learner.
