Job Description

Responsibilities:

Analysis of website and application requirements.

Writing back-end code and building efficient PHP modules.

Creating and implementing web-based products using PHP, MySQL, Ajax, and JavaScript.

Identifying and fixing compatibility issues involving CSS, HTML, and scripting.

Testing and troubleshooting application and code issues.

Exploring and assessing aspects relating to the system design process like web usability,

performance, database design and application features.

Updating and modifying application features to enhance performance.

Skills/Qualification Requirements:

Knowledge of PHP web frameworks including Yii, Laravel, and CodeIgniter.

Experienced in web development using tools like Angular JS, Typescript.

Understanding of object-oriented PHP programming.

Strong knowledge of Ajax, jQuery, SQL/MySQL/ NoSQL.

Detailed understanding of database design and administration.

Proficient with code versioning tools like Git, Mercurial, CVS, and SVN.

Knowledge of front-end technologies JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.

Experience of working with APIs and MVC Frameworks.

Experience building or maintaining a CMS.

Understanding of CakePHP and PHPUnit.

Previous experience creating scalable applications.

Knowledge of Photoshop or any similar design tool is preferable.

Good communication skills, a knack for problem-solving and the ability to think critically.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
