Human Resources (HR)

1. Interact with clients to understand the human resource requirements.

2. Work on sourcing candidates through various platform, interview them, onboard them and deploy in client projects as per the requirements.

3. Work on constantly engaging with developers for work updates and understand the work status.

4. Work on constantly engaging with clients to get feedback about the human resources deployed and report to QuikieApps management regularly about employee performance and client satisfaction.

5. Maintain new employee onboarding process and exit formalities, payroll, attendance, timesheet, leave record maintenance.

6. Create, send and track invoices to clients for the human resources deployed in client projects.

7. Work on addressing human resources grievance in the organization and come up with effective solution for the same.
