Designation :-Academic Consultant
Basic Requirements-
1. 1-5 Years of Sales Experience (B2C preferably)
2. Must be a Graduate (10+2+3) atleast
3. Must be an Excellent Communicator English & Regional Language
4. Must have Personal Bike, Laptop and Android Phone
5. Must be flexible to work in field ( Field Sales, Direct Sales experience)
6 Must be below 30 years of Old
Role & Responsibilities :-
  • Advice student / parents for their learning needs through structured Counselling Session .
  • Fix appoint and home demo session on daily basis including follow up sessions.
  • Understand Customer profile & problem to explain implication of ineffective ways of learning methods.
  • .Create the need of smart learning and advice student - parent to buy Toppr Subscription as a solution .
  • Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
  • Learn / Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and sales skills to achieve and exceed growing sales target.
