Cluster RCU Manager Chennai and Bangalore

Dept: Risk Credit Unit/ FCU

Exp:-8 to 12 yrs

CTC: 10 to 12 lacs

Banking exp will not be considered only NBFC exp is mandatory.

Required Core Competencies :

Risk Control, Fraud Prevention, Fraud Investigations, Internal Audits, Process Quality Improvement, Risk Management and Risk Analysis

Establishing RCU department, creating policies processes, recruiting and empaneling agencies, conducting seeding activities

FCU screening and sampling policy adherence, under construction properties checks and STHL product , background checks and investigation

Reviewing credit underwriting, credit appraisals and CAM preparation
