About the Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Qure.AI, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to build and deliver advanced solutions for our healthcare workflow platform. You will utilize your expertise in JavaScript, React.js, and Next.js to create robust and scalable frontend components that enhance user experience and drive adoption of our platform.

What You ll Do

• Develop Robust Frontend Components: Build scalable and maintainable frontend features using React.js and Next.js. Ensure high code quality and performance.
• Translate UI/UX Designs: Collaborate with the design team to implement visually appealing, user-friendly, and functional frontend elements. Ensure the design s accuracy and responsiveness across all devices.
• Optimize Performance: Implement performance optimizations to enhance the speed and responsiveness of web applications (e.g., code splitting, caching).
• Contribute to Component Library Development: Build and maintain reusable UI components for the company s component library, ensuring scalability and consistency.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility: Conduct extensive testing and debugging to ensure the application functions seamlessly across all browsers and devices. Resolve compatibility issues promptly.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product managers, designers, and backend developers to ensure effective delivery of end-to-end solutions. Actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes and code reviews.
• Write Clean, Maintainable Code: Follow coding standards and best practices to produce clear, efficient, and well-documented code. Ensure thorough documentation of APIs and processes to enable seamless collaboration.

What You Bring

• Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or at least 3 years of working experience in frontend development.
• Frontend Expertise: 3-7 years of experience in frontend development with a focus on JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.js.
• Architecture & State Management: Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and techniques for optimizing performance.
• Knowledge of Next.js & Tailwind CSS: Practical experience with Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and familiarity with animation libraries (e.g., React Spring, Framer Motion) is a plus.
• Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.

Nice to Have

• Backend Experience: Knowledge of backend technologies such as Python/Django, Node.js/Express, and working with RESTful APIs and WebSockets.
• DevOps Tools: Familiarity with Frontend DevOps tools like Vercel, Docker, Jenkins.
• Open Source & Community Engagement: Active participation in the frontend development community, attending meetups, or contributing to open-source projects.
• Familiarity with Databases & Operating Systems is a bonus.
