Job Summary
Role: Domestic IT Recruiter
Location: Remote
Job Type: Contractual
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for critical roles.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for hired candidates.
- Maintain hiring reports and provide updates on recruitment progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical and non-technical recruitment.
- Proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates across various domains.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring assignments.
- Experience in freelance or contractual recruitment roles is a plus.
