Performance Test Engineer - Full Remote Job in Qwinix Technologies

Title: Quality Assurance Engineer Automation/Performance TestingPartner: Qwinix seeks an Automation QA Engineer to work with the Quality Assurance Engineering team.

The QA Engineer will report to QA Lead or Director and this position is not amanagement position.Primary Responsibilities:

Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, emphasis on quality, discipline and sense of teamwork on daily basis

• Experience with JMeter, BlazeMeter, LoadRunner, StormRunner, etc. (must have)
• Should have experience with stress/ load testing

Write and continuously update test scripts using industry standard automation test toolsExecute tests to identify performance, browser compatibility, security and other pertinent issues and collaborate with the developers to resolve them before releaseReport, track and determine priority for bugsPerform other tasks (e.g. manual testing) as necessary Participate in production update testing in collaboration with IT and DevOpsProvide status reports to QA Lead or Director as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent experience

• Minimum 4-6 years hands-on experience in automation testingExtensive experience in API and GUI automation testing of web applications using industry standard tools such as REST-Assured and Selenium (Java preferred)
• Experience using automation tools such as TestNG, Maven, REST-Assured and ExtentReports Solid experience in performance testing and tools load, scalability, stress testing
• Solid knowledge and skills using browser Developer ToolsExtensive experience using JIRA
• Experience with industry standard test management tools FWI uses PractiTestKnowledge or Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)Flexible to work on various tasks on short notice
• Ability to function effectively in a fast paced and somewhat chaotic environment and manage continuously changing business needs; excellent multi-tasking and time management skills required
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills in EnglishDesired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Fundamental understanding or practical skills in programming
• Familiarity with ReactJS and test tools & framework (e.g. Karma, Mocha, WebPack)Four Winds Interactive1
