Job Summary

o Manage and organize Director’s schedule, appointments and travel arrangements.

o Answer phones and respond to emails

o Maintain and update important contacts and information.

o Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

o Book meeting rooms, arrange conference calls, and take messages and minutes during meetings.

o Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning and organizing documents.

o File and update contact information of clients, suppliers and partners.

o Exceptional sales and customer service skills.

o Knowledge and understanding of basic sales and accounts.

o Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

o Good organizational skills, particularly in diary management and scheduling.

o The ability to prioritize work according to deadlines, importance and urgency.

o Professional and courteous telephone manner.

o Administrative skills and experience.

o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

o Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels both internally and externally.

o Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads.

o High level of attention to detail.


Minimum qualification requirement
  • Required - secretary skill with 3+ years experience
  • Required - Good command over English,Hindi
