Profile Position : Pathology Labs Operation Manager - For the Healthcare Sector in Diagnostics Labs.

Experience - 2-4yrs

Qualifications - Post Graduation in Laboratory Medicine, Pathology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or equivalent qualification.

Salary - 25-35k

Skills ,Knowledge And Technical Experience - 2 years experience in NABL accredited laboratory in the operation and management and handle documentation

Job Description :

Supervise laboratory technicians and other staff, providing guidance and support.

Manage training programs.

Oversee the day-to- day operations of the laboratory, ensuring efficient workflow and timely results.

Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering and maintaining supplies and equipment.

Implement and maintain laboratory policies and procedures.

Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Implement and maintain quality control and participation in EQAS programs to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ISO 15189 standards, and NABL accreditation requirements.

Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement .

Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding test results and laboratory procedures.

Possess a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, techniques, and equipment.

Manage and maintain laboratory information systems.
