Requirements Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues. Configuring VPN client and its connectivity issues. Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals. Setting up user accounts and profiles on the systems. Installing and configuring operating systems and updates. Ensures maintenance of the Asset Register. Must have Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician. Good understanding of computer systems, Laptop, and other tech products. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux environments.
