Job Summary Job Description:

Prerequisites:

  • MBA in HR
  • Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Should have at least 5 years of experience as HR Manager
  • Should possess strong communication skills

Roles and Accountabilities:

  • Developing and executing HR strategies
  • Consistently recruiting excellent staff
  • Sustaining a smooth onboarding process
  • Training, counselling and coaching the staff
  • Maintaining work culture and work record
  • Payroll Management
  • Conducting performance and emolument reviews
  • Handling disciplinary and termination procedures
  • Updating internal HR database, such as leave records
  • Preparing and amending necessary documents like employee contracts and recruitment guides
  • Forming and maintaining employee records
  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance

Salary : 4 - 7 Lac P.A.
Qualification :
MBA in HR
Experience Required :

Minimum 5 Years
