Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design: Assist in creating and developing mockups, wireframes, and high-fidelity visual designs that align with our brand s identity and user goals.
• Prototyping: Help design interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and design functionality.
• User Experience Design: Work closely with the UX team to ensure designs are user-centric, intuitive, and optimized for a seamless experience.
• Design Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive product design from concept to delivery.
• User Research: Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs based on feedback.
• Design Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to refine and improve designs.
• Front-End Development Support: Work with the front-end team to ensure the proper implementation of designs, assisting with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, including internships or academic projects.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design software and tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, and InVision.
• Prototyping & Mockups: Strong skills in prototyping and creating mockups and wireframes using relevant design tools.
• User-Centered Design: A solid understanding of user-centered design principles and how to apply them in the design process.
• UI/UX Best Practices: Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design.
• Front-End Development Skills: Familiarity with front-end web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
• Feedback & Iteration: Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the best user experience.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
