Co-ordination with all the departments. 5. Must be able to complete the project in time 6. Planning of material & Manpower 7. Able to cross verify the contractor bills. 8. Manage a team of more than 5 Members. 9. Proper documentation should be manage. 10. Finalisation of suppliers,vendors and contractors
