For almost 20 we have been creating solutions for the field of radiological image processing and diagnostics as the IMAGE group of companies in the heart of Rostock. We develop software for image viewing and diagnosis, image archiving and communication systems (PACS) as well as radiology information systems (RIS), which we distribute internationally through our salespartner-network.

To strengthen our Inside Sales team in Rostock, we are looking for an

Commercial employee (Inside sales) (f/m/x)

Key responsibilities:

• Quote preparation
• Order processing
• Monitoring service contracts
• Monitoring incoming payments
• Customer service by e mail and phone

What we expect from you:

• Successfully completed commercial training
• Professional experience, experience in internationally operating companies desirable
• Knowledge of medicine and/or information technology would be an advantage
• Very good command of spoken and written English and German
• Very good Office skills (especially Excel)
• Analytical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a team coupled with strong organizational skills, quality awareness and good time management skills
• Strong communication skills, determination as well as a structured way of working should distinguish you
