Skills and Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Java, Spring, Multi-Threading, REST, Data Caching, NoSQLtechnologies.
Strong Object-Oriented and Functional Programming skills and proficiency in Java
Deep understanding of TCP, HTTP, web sockets, and libraries like Netty
Java system-level programming proficiency (not simply J2EE)
Strong knowledge of multi-threading.
Exposure or work experience in XML, XML Schemas, XSL, JSP, Java XML Parsers, Socket programming,
Servlets, JMX technology, JDBC and JTA are preferred
Ability to understand complex code very quickly
Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new technologies
Able to multi-task and deal with changing priorities
Possess excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
A good team player and should have experience in driving
Self-driven and can operate independently or in a team
Take initiative to own a problem and drive it to a conclusion
Creative thinking to optimally solve complex problems
Great communications skills
Customer-facing experience preferred
Experience working with WebLogic Server is a definite plus
Direct experience in design and development of highly complex, large scale distributed systems
Debugging skills using IDE such as JDEVELOPER or ECLIPSE
Strong knowledge of NoSQL databases, specifically mongo dB, Web Sockets, messaging systems (RabbitMQ)
