Job Summary

Job Overview In the Sales Operations Specialist role at Rahi Systems, you will be directly supporting an account manager by assisting with sales operational and administrative duties. These duties include working with various vendors, processing orders/RMAs, and creating/managing data in Oracle NetSuite. The Sales Operations Specialist should display strategic decision making and strong analytical skills. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills and have the desire to learn in a high energy/fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties: - Oversee project procurement management. Oversee processing of orders ensuring accurate data entry including validation/integrity check of orders in Oracle NetSuite. Communicate with customers regarding order updates by managing the full cycle from receiving purchase orders to delivery of products/services. Interface with current distributors and manufacturers to stay current with all special programs, pricing, and technology to obtain the best price. Assist with vendor and customer account set up with regards to creating/maintaining this data in NetSuite. Retrieve and process RMA orders. Assist with the fulfilment of drop ship orders by working with vendors on ETAs and customer delivery. Create invoices and process credit card payments. Assist with special projects as needed. Qualifications: - Desire to learn and grow in a high energy/fast paced environment. Extensive experience and knowledge of sales operations and the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills coupled with a multitasking ability. Exceptional analytical, reporting, and data manipulation skills. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Oracle NetSuite. Bachelor's degree or previous experience in sales support.
