The successful candidate will work closely with our research and development teams to design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions for a variety of complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms using LLMs to solve complex business problems.
Work closely with research and development teams to design and improve AI/ML models.
Develop and maintain best practices for AI/ML development and deployment.
Lead and mentor junior team members in AI/ML development and implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest AI/ML research and trends, and apply that knowledge to improve our solutions.
Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in AI/ML development and implementation.
Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), including transformer-based models such as GPT-3, T5, and BERT.
Experience leading and mentoring teams of AI/ML developers.
Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, and other relevant programming languages.
Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and natural language processing.
Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
