? Assist and support administrative staff in their day to day operations.

? Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.

? Drafting, checking, and storing various documents required by the management.

? Keeping office supplies stocked

? Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund

? Forwards information by receiving and distributing communications

? Monitor Supplies and Handle shortage.
