Job Summary
- Conduct early design stage simulations, generate comprehensive reports that delineate passive design strategies based on simulation results. These reports will effectively communicate design constraints and opportunities to key stakeholders, driving informed decisions.
- Develop and execute energy modelling exercises at both the early and detailed design stages. Ensure strict adherence to ASHRAE 90.1 guidelines to evaluate annual energy consumption accurately.
- Collaborate closely with our sustainability team on sustainability certification submittals for LEED, WELL, Estidama and Mostadam- contributing to our green building initiatives.
- Assist in preparing technical presentations for client briefings, showcasing your ability to convey complex energy modelling concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
