You will join our Global HR Applications department

As our new Workday/Cornerstone Integration Specialist you will be part of [text] our global HR Applications team of 7. The team operates from Denmark, Finland and out of our office in Gurgaon, India. We support global HR across Ramboll based on enabling technology like Cornerstone, Workday, Adobe eSign, Training Tube to support the global HR processes.Our team is organized in Global IT under Business Application.

The team is a key player in the Service Delivery Model for HR, working to ensure strong interfaces between HR Service Center and Local HR to drive efficient service at the local level. Very strong relations to HR enable the team in facilitating local & global support. As part of a global service delivery platform this team will also collaborate closely with colleagues from other parts of the HR organisation, globally. ?

As Workday/Cornerstone Integration Specialist your tasks will primary be to work on system integration projects together with the other Workday and Cornerstone Consultants, the HR Service Center and other teams within IT e.g. Biztalk team within maintain the middleware of all system integrations.

In your role you will also collaborate closely with HR and IT professionals to support specific needs within system integration and acting as a global partner.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Participate in relevant projects across Ramboll globally where Workday and Cornerstone are the supporting system.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining Workday and Cornerstone integrations, issue handling and keep track of HR Applications Roadmap.
• Implement changes requests and new system integrations in Workday and Cornerstone.
• Conduct and develop training and documentation in best practice for implementation of new initiatives and changes.
• Collaborate closely with Global HR, Global IT as well as team members.

• You have in-depth Workday integration knowledge
• You have experience with Cornerstone integrations
• You hold a higher education combined with at least 3 years of experience potentially within the IT consulting industry
• You have experience with Workday and Cornerstone from international, multi-cultural organisations
• You have leadership potential to act as team lead for a smaller team
• You have solid collaboration skills interacting with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to deliver value from HR information
• You have business understanding of HR processes end-to-end.
• You have experience with Change Management processes
• You are service-minded and knows the importance of good customer service
• You have experience from complex (matrix) organizations
• You are a good team player and motivated self-starter
• You have an innovative and problem-solving approach to your tasks
• You enjoy working in fast-paced environment and have a sense of urgency
• Your working style can be described as proactive, professional and enthusiastic with a clear focus on what is achievable and how to create value and success
• Your communication skills are at a high proficiency level as well as your language skills. Fluency in English (written and oral) is a requirement.
• You have good knowledge and experience in Microsoft products Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
