Ramboll is on an exciting automation journey to deliver financial and process efficiencies across the organisation. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Process Developer who likes getting hands-on and has the ability to work with people from different locations, and across cultures and organisational levels.

Your responsibilities as a RPA Developer
You will be part of the team that reports to the Head of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) where you will have the responsibility for developing and delivering automated processes. As part of your onboarding, you will receive robotics training and then typically work closely with accredited RPA consultant(s) or developers during a skilling and mentoring period as part of an agility program delivery phase after which you will be responsible for

  • Identifying new process opportunities and accurately analysing and estimating new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.

  • Analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail where required.

  • Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements.

  • Designing robotics process solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles and conventions.

  • Configuring new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.

  • Creating and maintaining solution documentation.

  • Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.

  • Mentoring colleagues through the RPA training and accreditation program providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques

  • Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of robotics processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.

  • Communicating with the RPA vendor on software related issues, suggested improvements and participating with other users in the community.

  • Working within project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.

  • Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-User Acceptance Test phases

  • Supporting the Operational Teams during the testing and rollout phases

  • A relevant degree

  • Previous work experience in an international organisation

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, qualifying you to understand your stakeholders needs and thereby deliver the right solution

  • An agile mindset and can navigate in a changing and dynamic environment

  • IT savviness and have a passion within IT (in Microsoft applications as well as general application usage)

  • Your outgoingness, the ability to drive tasks by yourself and to work on different topics simultaneously

  • Enjoy working in fast-paced environment and know how to priorities your tasks and you enjoy being a part of a team, and you can collaborate with various stakeholders

  • Fluency in English written and orally
