Roles and Responsibilities

Payroll Specialist

Corporate Office, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing of Payroll for the employees as per agreed timelines
• Collation and validation of Attendance; Leave; Overtime etc..
• Preparation and Submission of Monthly Statutory challans as per timelines
• Enrolment of New Hires in ESI/PF and other
• Processing of Final Settlement Statement for Exit Employees
• Maintain employee database regarding salaries
• Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance
• Preparation on Monthly payroll reports and dashboard
• Adherence to Internal Audit Controls

Qualification & Experience:

• Should have completed Graduation
• Experience in payroll processing
• Knowledge in Labor Laws and Statutory Compliances
• Knowledge of MS Office
