Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Experience & Skill Set : 12-16 Years

Must have hands on experience in minimum of 2 - 3 full life cycle developments, good understanding of overall IT architecture and provide business user solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities :
  • Provide top notch technical expertise in their areas of focus supporting multiple business applications developed on Cordys , SAP, Dashboarding, Analytics & Mobility and other web based developments across the organization.
  • Lead a Team of BAs in translating Business requirements across CRM, Digital Journeys and core applications in to actionable inputs for IT Partners for delivery
    • Manage the complete SDLC cycle of business requirements starting with BRDs -Techno-functional specifications Development - UAT- Production release
    • Create an Application Roadmap for Core and Digital applications in line with business objectives
  • Must have experience creating and managing the production environment from the ground up on cloud service providers such as AWS or Google cloud.
  • Gain the trust of our customers (Business users) through deep subject matter expertise, undoubted integrity, ability to lead and constant professionalism
  • Tightly align with our customer teams (Sites, Projects, Operations, Finance, Legal, HR etc). The Business Applications Lead understands our various services capabilities, takes the time to communicate approaches to the customer teams and provides appropriate leadership as projects/SRs are executed
  • Provide industry best services to our Business, leading them at times and following them at other times, helping them compete by providing appropriate documentation (BoMs, SoWs, design commentary, vendor information, diagrams, rough order of magnitude documents etc.) in a timely fashion
  • Continue to learn BA Lead continually need to add skills to serve our clients fully and to maintain relevant skills as the IT market transforms
  • Align with our vendor partnerships understanding and helping execute specific vendor programs
  • Provide leadership to our clients as they operate and transform their businesses. This includes proactively bringing up technical solutions to clients and educating them.
  • Sell consultatively listening fully and steadily developing sales conversations to the point where the client is explicitly stating their needs, at which time we can start proposing our solutions. Fill the role as a trusted advisor to our key customers.
  • Share best practices and industry intelligence with other team members
  • Support other team members as needed (work overload, specific expertise required etc.) and Assist with pipeline tracking
  • User Experience - must show demonstrated experience in developing and enhancing the user experience
