Roles and Responsibilities

1) To lead on the formulation of sustainability strategies and policies for EPR and Recycling business

2) Excellent research skills, effective communicator and having an eye for detail.

3) Strong management skills in program development, monitoring and execution

4) Excellent writing skills to deliver on communication, reporting and documentation requirements

5) Resourceful and ability to work in a diverse team. Prior experience in dealing with governmental authorities will be an advantage

6) Collaborative work style required to work with individuals across levels, functions, and business

7) Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively

8) Being a problem solver having a knack for workable solutions Roles & Responsibilities:

1) To support preparing the EPR actions of customers

2) Interactions with customers on sustainability and circular economy

3) Overall responsibility of EPR documentation, validation, and audits.

4) Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for recycling business

5) Implementation new programs related to Plastic waste management and EPR

6) Carry out focused research on issues and solutions relating to waste management.

7) Understanding the practical knowledge about waste management and associated fields available with the organization and documenting it appropriately.

8) Interact with governmental authorities with respect to compliance of waste management regulations. 9) Analysis of data and designing appropriate solutions in the waste sector.

10) Participating in conferences, seminars and other workshops relating to waste management, sustainable developmental goals, and circular economy.

11) To network and build relationships with government departments, CPCB/SPCB/ urban/rural local governing bodies, NGOs, and other key stakeholders involved in the recycling sector.

12) Interact with multiple stakeholders including Government Agencies

13) Conducting awareness/IEC campaigns along with Customers, NGO s and Government agencies like ULBs/Municipalities/ SPCBs
