Roles and Responsibilities

• MBA(Finance)/CA with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Financial Modeling (Cost Benefit Analysis, Profitability Analysis)
• Project Feasibility Analysis
• Budgeting Planning and Forecasting
• Building and reviewing
• Financial Models on MS Excel for various PPP project on waste management
• Build a consolidated model for a company based on the several entities (at BU levels)
• Develop a financial model for the investment decision making which helps in analyzing the cost and Capex
• Develop a model for monthly forecasting, reporting and analyzing the business based on past and actual.
• Preparing Business Cases and Financial models from scratch for New business initiatives
• Assessing the optimal capital structure and advise on raising funds for new initiatives Conducting due diligence for potential acquisition targets and competitor analysis.
