Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :


Strategic Responsibilities:

  • Identify new project/tender.
  • Risk analysis and mitigation of commercial & contract risks (Tender Synopsis)
  • Effective coordination
  • In time tender submission (online +hard copy)

Operational Responsibilities:

  • Identify the potential tenders, identifying the potential clients.
  • Initiate the proactive Business Development
  • Coordinate with all the concerned functional heads in getting the data.
  • Liable for bid preparation, technical proposal preparation, submission, follow up, signing of the agreement and handing over to the operations team.
  • Meeting the targets of the Business Development of SBU,
  • Daily Review of tender database and identify the feasible opportunity.
  • Conducting detail tender synopsis and SWOT analysis for understanding the scope, commercial clauses and purpose to HOD /heads for BID or No BID.
  • Preparation of pre-bid queries and coordinate for pre bid meeting to get the clarification from the client.
  • Coordination with other finance department/SAV s/Associated for consortium bidding (if any) and preparation of necessary documents for pre-qualification etc.
  • Coordination for site visit to understand the local / site condition to mitigate the risk and to cover the risk factors.
  • Coordination with team for pre-qualification documents/tender check list documents considering all the required supporting/tender check list documents.
  • Review and cross check of technical proposal and financial models as per the scope requirement.
  • Responsible for in time finalization and submission of tender /bid documents considering all the required supporting /tender check list document.
  • Effective coordination with the client for post award issue i.e. performance Bank Guarantee s submission and getting the concession agreements done.
  • Any other duties as assigned by reporting authority and management.
