Job Summary
Job Title / Designation : Project Head
Department: Operations
Reports to : GM - Operations
Location : Rewa
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the day to day operations for Collection and Transportation of Responsible for top line and bottom line as per budget
- Responsible to set up the bench markings, implementation of SOPs and extracting the desired work.
- Timely submission and collection of bill invoice from corporation.
- Maintain good rapport with Govt. officials.
- Optimum utilization of deployed vehicles and machinery at minimum costand achieve budgeted tonnage.
- Optimum utilization of deployed vehicles and machinery at minimum cost and achieve budgeted tonnage.
- Optimum utilization of deployed vehicles and machinery at minimum cost and achieve budgeted tonnage.
- Routine check-up and field survey for the proper C&T operations overall ULB's.
- Leading, mentoring, training and monitoring the performance of team
- members to ensure efficiency in process operation and meeting of individuals expertise.
- Taking Review meeting weekly and fortnight with all the staff to discuss operational issue.
