Job Summary
  • Study contract documents, drawings, specification, BOQ and finalizing scope of work.
  • Submit Commercial & Technical Checklist for Tenders.
  • Preparation of detailed BOQ.
  • Float inquiries and obtaining rates, quotations, technical literature and brochures for suppliers and sub-contract scope of works.
  • Submission of Quotation request to Commercial department for Obtaining Sub contract & Civil material offers.
  • Rate Analysis Making comparison statement using Quotations.
  • To work in close coordination with all concerned departments including Contracts Department, Estimators, Designing Department, Purchase Department, etc.
  • Quantity verification from tender drawings for each component of the project.
  • Preparation of reports to full fill the Estimation manger requirements.
  • Preparation of Rate Analysis.
  • Attend Pre- Bid meetings.
  • Calculating Expenses / Overheads required for Complete the entire Project.
  • Preparing and submit Pre-Qualification documents.
  • Evaluation of Tender (Commercial & Technical Points).
  • Study the tender documents GCC, SCC, MEP BOQs.
  • To attend pre bid meeting to clarify all queries with client & consultant.
  • To send enquiries to approved vendor as per makes & specs to get the competitive quotation for MEP items.
  • Prepare the comparative statement with our in house costing & agencies quote.
  • To finalize the MEP work final bid.
  • Follow up with clients, after tender submission for any clarification needed.

Qualification :
B.Tech(Civil)
Experience Required :

6 to 8 Years
