Role: Audit & Assurance Specialist
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Employment: Fulltime

Primary Responsibilities
This position reports to the Supervisor of Audit and Assurance Services and will perform audits and reviews regarding compliance with US laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies. The Assurance Auditor will update Google Sheets to reflect audit results, prepare audit packets and assist with the updating of compliance related analytics and reports. This position will also assist with the preparation of weekly compliance scorecards and other supporting reports for
management, field leadership and branch personnel. The Auditor will contribute innovative ideas for streamlining processes and work with the Audit and Assurance Services team management to implement developed ideas.
Major responsibilities includes:
Complete assurance reviews/audits, prepare packets and compile reporting
Analyze and recommend improvements to overall compliance framework and monitor appropriate follow-up actions
Develop and maintain Standard Work Papers and Flowcharts for assurance functions
Assists with updating compliance scorecards and other periodic reporting
Performs other related duties as assigned

Required Skills
Bachelor s degree in accounting, finance or mathematics discipline
1-3 years experience in screening and onboarding, compliance, audit and/or other related experience
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
Experience with using Google Suite a plus
