Role: BI Developer
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Work Shift: Night Shift (3 PM to 12 AM IST)
Employment: Fulltime

Primary Responsibilities

Within the business intelligence (BI) & process automations department, part of our duties is to produce various development reports, software developments projects & automations. We currently receive a lot of demands from the business and setting up the team to meet the enhanced demand. This type of work does require some advanced training & understanding of our business, and therefore cannot be efficiently handled by temporary employees and hence hiring full time resources with focus on meeting the below:
Take business needs in order to implement the reports (BI, Google Data Studio)
Develop by documenting using good naming practices and testing as well as forecasting production support.
Handle the support of the reports with end users.
LOBs in scope: Staffing and Inhouse, Professionals (F&A, S&M, HR), Technology and Engineering

As part of the business intelligence (B.I) team, you will work on various reports development and maintenance projects.
Your main task will be to help the B.I team to develop and do the maintenance of the current reports for the business and the corporate team.
Developments are carried out according to recognized software engineering practices and quality assurance
Take business needs in order to implement the reports.
Develop by documenting using good naming practices and testing as well as forecasting production support.

Key Skills
SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Visual Studio SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT)
SQL Server 2008 report builder
Good understanding of BI Intelligence
Power BI (good to have but not mandatory)

Required Skills
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years of experience with SQL (ideally with SQL Server).
Have good database knowledge like using stored procedures, functions, indexes and queries.
Have a good B.I knowledge using dimensions and facts, data warehouse concepts.
Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems is an asset
Minimum experience of 5 years in core and functional competencies
