Coordinator L&d Job in Randstad India Limited

CGS India is seeking a L&D Coordinator who will assist and provide technical support to our employees with their queries on our courses on LMS.

The incumbent will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following key deliverables:

• Responsible for project coordination work within the learning and development organization
• Manage learning and development organization meetings & provide administrative support.
• Coordinate logistics, room bookings, interactive content, and communications for learning and development organization training & programs.
• Manage, access and maintain the learning records within the LMS.
• Work with department leadership team to generate metrics/analytics and ensure data integrity in multiple systems.
• Provide accurate resolution to learners queries through ServiceNow tickets.
• Test digital courses on LMS and provide feedback to the design team.
• 3+ years of experience in OD/L&D role
• Experience in managing org-wide L&D initiatives in a large, highly matrixed, complex & fast paced organizatio
• Hands on experience on administrative functions of LMS (Cornerstone, Oracle LMS, SABA or Workday)
• Experience on working on ticketing system like JIRA or SNOW
• Drives data-based decisions, foresees risks and plans for mitigating the risks
• Collaborates to drive results.
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence internal learners in a global organization.
