Job Description:

Overall 18years and minimum 10 years of Experience in Oracle Fusion/E-Business ERP
Should have at least 4 Implementation Experience And Support experience in handling quarterly upgrades as a Fusion HCM Consultant
Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion ERP solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design.
Should have done to end to end implementation for the below modules

o CORE HR
o Absences
o Talent Management
Good to have the knowledge on below modules
o Fusion Compensation and Benefits
Should be able to write Fast formulas
Should have exposure to latest features of Oracle ERP Cloud
Should have good communication and presentation skills
