Talent Acquisition:Developing and implementing recruitment strategies,sourcing and evaluating candidates,and making hiring decisions.

Employee Management:Developing and implementing programs to attract,retain,and develop employees.This includes performance management,training & development,and succession planning.

Compensation & Benefits:Designing,implementing,and administering compensation and benefits programs.

Employee Engagement:Resolving employee relations issues,such as grievances and disciplinary matters.

Compliance:Ensuring that the organization complies with all applicable statutory components and regulations.

HR Technology:Leading the selection,implementation,and use of HR technology.
