Roles and Responsibilities

• Support, Maintain, implementation of SAP - SD Module
• Configuration, Testing and developments of new processes including version upgrades
• Translate business needs to technical specifications
• Addressing SAP Calls and ensuring Customer satisfaction
• End user Training and Creation of User Documentation

Desired Candidate Profile

• Functional knowledge and Experience in Sales & Marketing for 4-5 years
• Work experience in SAP- SD Module for 4-7 years
• Ability to handle IT projects, co-ordination with Business users and Internal team for completing the Projects within the agreed time
• Knowledge in the SAP tables and Field used in SD Module for development
• Integration with other SAP modules like Finance and MM is an added advantage
