Job Summary
1. Worked and exposure in ISO TS 16949 / IATF 16949 certified company 2. Having experience in CNC turning / grinding / heatreatment / welding and forging 3. Having experience in handling of work force more than 25 persons 4. Preparation of shift production plan and work allotment 5. Having experience in handling the shop individually 6. Daily Routine Management practice and meeting key performance indicators 7. First off approval and process control recording 8. Rejection / Rework analysis and finding out root cause 9. Tool planning and Tool life monitoring 10. Tracking of daily production, rejection 11. Critical work center production tracking 12. Utilization of man-machine effectively, OEE tracking and actions proposed. 13. Problem solving through 7QC tools 14. SOP preparation for new process and upgradation of existing processes 15. Methods development 16. Autonomous maintenance of machines and 5S adherence in shop floor 17. Knowledge and familiar with APQP/PPAP requirements 18. Having knowledge in PFMEA, PPAP 19. Knowledge of SPC and process capability studies 20. Participation in LPS, TPM and Cost reduction projects 21. Exposure to safety practices and reporting of unsafe acts/condition/near miss
