Looking for candidates with 1-2 yrs work experience in Audit firms covering audits in the Forex / Derivatives segments

Job Description Summary

• Preparation of the consolidated confirmations & dispatch of the same to the client
• Handling Local & Overseas client queries in relation to Regulatory guidelines w.r.t to Underlying Documentation & discussing internally & providing solutions
• Performing Rate scan activities on a fortnightly basis
• Daily Limit monitoring & Net Overseas Placement report
• Preparing regulatory returns such as NOP, RBS, Providing ADS for Axiom
• The Branch Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring timely, complete and accurate processing of relevant information, including performing all relevant controls within own area of responsibility. They undertake time critical, complex or regulated tasks and must ensure the timely escalation of operational, regulatory and other risks to the line manager and functional leads as appropriate. The Branch Operations Analyst may also be responsible for building and managing relationships with the front office and other internal and external parties at an appropriate level, in particular around the more time critical, complex or regulated tasks.
• Brokerage reconciliation & related activities
• Preparing GST related activities for FX MM OTC
• Handling Concurrent, Statutory & Regulatory Audit queries, as delegated
• Uploading of the Daybook in the Docs Workflow
• Monitoring of the new Overnight NOP (manual process)
