Job Profile: Lead Analytics Analyst, VP

Location: Pune

Job Description:
Requirement gathering
Design and build of data pipelines and data sets
Design and build of Workday reports using Prism and/or Workday data sources
Liaise with IT to build ingestion external data sets
Build advanced Workday Reports and Dashboards
Build plans in Adaptive Insights
Coordinate/Manage testing with users
Build user training materials and run user training sessions
Support existing SQL environments

Required Skillset:
Workday implementation experience of at least two projects for Prism Analytics and/or Adaptive Insights
Advanced Workday Reporting Writing skillset
Must have proven experience of building dashboards for senior board members
Good functional knowledge of overall Workday HCM
