Shift – 9 am to 6 pm

Key skills :

·Excellent communication skills

• Microsoft Office skills in Power Point, Word & Excel
• Strong verbal, written communication and organizational skills

·Financial Industry experience in listed derivative reconciliation

·Good understanding of financial products – listed derivatives in specific

Listed Derivatives Reconciliations role JD:

• Reconciling MS & Exchange book on daily basis on T+1

• Trades that are executed by Client and give Up (Execution only business) to external brokers.

• Monitor matching systems and ensure that all flow matches or clears internally. Any trades that remain unmatched are escalated to the trade support team.

• Reconciliation is performed on position, trade & cash level. All breaks investigated needs to be published to the relevant teams for actions.

• Adhere to client money & Trade support team deadlines.

• Coordinating with Technology on day to day systems issues, raising tickets and follow through until resolution of the issue

• Escalation and reporting to regional/global counterparts/management.
