Client Management RM Team support

  • Shift timings: 9:30 am to 8 pm cant extend on some days,
  • Work from Home at present (Yes/No): Yes
  • Specific/ mandatory skills: Client communication, MIS maintenance and good fluency in English and MS Office.

This specialized role entails client interactions and ACO (Account Control Officer) support activities. This candidate will form a part of Bank Custody Client Management unit that overseas commercial and legal arrangements with clients and can also take responsibility for overseeing KYC obligations of the client. The team is responsible for all aspects of relationship management with the clients and maintain excellent service standards which includes the following:

  • Deal finalization
    • Assist to Co-ordinate due diligence visits by clients with other departments involved, as
    • Ensure executed fee agreement is provided to the Billing team for invoicing set-up.

  • Onboarding and Account set-up
    • Obtain and review completeness of documents for new client adoption before forwarding to Client Lifecycle Management (CLM)
    • Liaise with clients for any additional information or clarification required by CLM for the onboarding
    • Prepare escalation forms and liaise with local AFC for approval in the case of any PCR hit on the clients or sub-accounts opening.
    • Prepare, collect, validate relevant documents and translated copies and submit application of local licenses for new and existing clients to the regulator, if Liaise with the regulator on any issues leading up to the approval. Inform the relevant team on the outcome of the application and license details.
    • Follow up with the respective operations team for various RM support activities
    • Safekeep, log and maintain original documents (agreements, fee schedule etc.) and upload soft copies into the shared drive for sharing accessibility.

  • Relationship management
    • Complete due diligence questionnaires received from clients accurately & in a timely manner and handle any follow-up queries through co-ordination with the relevant internal teams.
    • Prepare for due diligence visits by the existing clients which includes preparing presentation materials, MIS data, conducting the presentations and arranging meeting with the regulators for the
    • Conduct review of SLA with clients, if necessary. If client initiates a SLA review or other non-SLA/fee changes (e.g. change in NAV calculations, early pay-in margin review), co-ordinate with the relevant operations team to analyze impact and obtain their sign-off prior to agreeing to the changes.
    • Follow-up with clients for payment of past due fees.

  • Maintenance
    • Handle client outreach for KYC and other exercises upon receipt of request and ensure all periodic review is fully completed by the set
    • Prepare escalation forms and liaise with local AFC for approval in the case of any PCR hit. Undertake the role of Accountable Client Owner (ACO) and provide ACO attestation.
    • Responsible to ensure client is fully exited and evidenced e. completion of account closure in the internal system and depositories as well as deactivation in CLM system in the case of off-boarding.

  • Enquiries and issue resolution
    • Receive and address day to day client queries on transactions, settlement, dbdi issue etc. Resolve and respond to clients queries and issues within the agreed turnaround time.
    • Receive overdue outstanding client actions from internal departments and follow-up with clients for
    • Handle any product-related and market advocacy-related inquiries through co- ordination with Business Solution
    • Address issues raised by clients and escalate to higher level if

  • Operational support
    • Co-ordinate dbdc/dbdi testing and system enhancements with clients and relevant departments, conduct dbdi/dbdc training for clients on Handle ad-hoc intraday credit
    • Respond to clients and their auditors with requested information and document through co-ordination with relevant internal
    • Co-ordinate with clients, auditors and internal departments for on-site audit visits and meetings, regulatory and tax
    • Prepare and provide MIS reports to clients.

  • Internal management
    • Support work related to GCIX reports & review clients profitability, monitor and coordinate all relevant activities for
    • Prepare other MIS reports for internal use and reporting.
    • Conduct periodic meetings as required by the business team.
    • Handle ad-hoc inquiries from regulators and co-ordinate with the relevant internal team to gather required information.
