Responsibilities
- The incumbent will successfully develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to support rapid growth, lead a team of diverse talent acquisition specialists at different levels in various locations, collaborate with different internal stakeholders to ensure top-notch talent.
- Collaborating with WorkForce Manager in evaluating existing / future talent requirements, defining critical roles, core competencies and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents.

Leverage deep recruiting expertise in implementing a strategy that can attract top talent with required skill sets to support business and growth objectives.

Manage and inspire a talent acquisition team to deliver outstanding results while effectively maintaining SLAs like cost per hire, cost of hire, source mix, offer to join ratio for the delivery unit, talent experience.

Work with hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts like drafting job descriptions, evaluate resource forecasts, etc.

The person will be responsible for end-to-end resource fulfilment Proactive, Planning, Follow-ups & Deployment.

Provide daily, weekly & monthly updates on demand progress against Fulfillment Plan to required stakeholders.

Provide productive inputs in discussions with Delivery units and recruitment teams.
Desired Skills & Competencies

MBA with HR as specialisation, or equivalent.

7-10 Years of relevant experience.

Should have experience in organising campus recruitment drives.

Experience in hiring talent for executive level and supporting the large business units.

Should have experience in resource rotation and effective pool cost management.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex and technical information with clarity. Ability to communicate to a wide range of audiences.

Able to use evidence and judgement to solve problems, test options and create new approaches.
