Senior Business Analyst Job in Ranosys Technologies

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce B2C & B2B Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, along with the ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security.
• Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, and custom objects.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce B2C & B2B Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
