Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2 to 5 years of experience, particularly in content writing and SEO. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive engagement, leads, and revenue. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

  • Write high-quality content for the website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and aligned with the brand s voice and style guidelines.
  • Edit, proofread, and refine existing content for consistency and quality.
  • Develop content that resonates with the target audience, driving engagement and interest.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email marketing, and PPC (Pay Per Click).
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to inform future campaigns.
  • Optimize on-page and off-page SEO to improve website visibility and traffic.

SEO Management:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software to monitor and analyze SEO performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage social media content, schedule posts, and interact with followers across various platforms.
  • Monitor trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities on social media.

Email Marketing:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversions.
  • Segment email lists and personalize content to enhance engagement.
  • Analyze email performance metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team, sales, and product teams to develop integrated marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with designers, developers, and external vendors to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
  • Report on key metrics and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on content writing and SEO.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Proven experience in creating engaging, high-quality content across various digital channels.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, WordPress).
  • Ability to create content that drives engagement by understanding the target audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
