About the Role:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Rapidops, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for our high-growth CRM product, Salesmate. This role offers the opportunity to develop and drive overall sales performance. You'll be engaged in both inbound and outbound sales efforts, helping businesses understand how Salesmate can enable growth through an efficient CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Expertise:

  • Learn and become an expert on Salesmate, our fastest-growing CRM product, and understand how it can help businesses grow and streamline their operations.

Lead Generation & Sales Prospecting:

  • Source new sales opportunities utilizing both inbound and outbound sales channels, including cold calls, emails, chat, and social media outreach.

Lead Management:

  • Record leads and prospect activities in the CRM, ensuring efficient lead management and progression through the sales pipeline.

Sales Lifecycle Management:

  • Research, qualify, and close opportunities, managing prospects through every stage of the sales cycle from initial contact to product demos and onboarding.

Product Demos:

  • Conduct high-quality product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value of Salesmate to potential clients.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the product engineering team to provide intelligence on client needs and complex sales scenarios, helping refine product offerings.

Meet Sales Goals:

  • Consistently meet or exceed activity goals and sales quotas, driving results for the company.

Salesmate Ambassador:

  • Represent Salesmate at conferences, events, and meetups, promoting the product and brand to a wider audience.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in selling SaaS (Software as a Service) products.
  • Experience in selling to global markets, particularly North American or European businesses.

Sales Process Expertise:

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to product demos and onboarding new users.

CRM Knowledge:

  • Must be technically proficient and have a solid understanding of how CRMs function. Bonus points if you've used a CRM in previous roles.

Communication Skills:

  • Fluent in verbal and written communication in English.

Work Shifts:

  • Open to working in rotational shifts to align with North American and European sales teams.
